There Lying on the Resolute Desk...

Ladies and gentlemen, I don't know why, but our new President Barack Obama has forwarded The Purveyor a certified copy of the letter outgoing President Bush left for him in the Oval Office. It isn't of the best quality, but from the looks of things, W. must be a hellacious texter.
